Our booking and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated spam submissions; this service is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Why we collect this data

Sensitive health information

How long we keep your data
We keep data only for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires: contact and booking requests are kept while there is an active relationship with you and are then deleted or anonymised, except where Jordanian law or medical record-keeping rules require a longer period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact details below.
Who can see your data
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to our clinic staff and to the technical service providers we rely on to run the website (such as server hosting), strictly to the extent necessary to deliver the service. The website runs on a virtual server operated by a commercial hosting provider under contract with us; no one outside the clinic team is granted access to the data itself.
Legal framework
Our processing of personal data is governed by Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023. For visitors contacting us from abroad, particularly from the European Union, we aim to respect principles similar to those under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where practical, without this implying that we are formally subject to that regulation.
