Mommy Makeover
Get your body back — in one session, with one recovery, for a complete result
What is a Mommy Makeover?
Pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding cause fundamental changes in the body — sagging abdominal skin, separated abdominal muscles (diastasis recti), changes in breast shape and volume, and fat accumulation in resistant areas. Exercise and dieting help, but they cannot restore what has changed.
A Mommy Makeover is not a single operation — it is a set of procedures designed specifically for your body and performed in a single session: just one recovery, no repetition, and a comprehensive, harmonious result.

Tummy tuck (the cornerstone)
Removal of excess skin below the navel and tightening of the separated abdominal muscles. It restores the flat abdomen that no exercise can achieve once the muscles have separated.
Breast surgery
Depending on the case: a breast lift for sagging, augmentation for those who lost volume after breastfeeding, or a reduction for those whose breasts enlarged. The surgeon determines the most suitable option after the examination.
Liposuction
Removal of the remaining fat pockets in the waist, thighs and back to give overall harmony to all areas of the body, not just the abdomen.
A combination tailored to you
Not every woman needs all three procedures. The consultation determines what truly suits you — sometimes combining two is enough for an ideal result.
Who is the ideal candidate?
✅ The ideal time for a Mommy Makeover:
- You finished breastfeeding at least 3-6 months ago
- Your weight is stable and close to your ideal weight
- You are not planning another pregnancy in the near future
- You are in good health and your test results are normal
- You have someone to help you care for your children during recovery
⚠️ Wait before deciding if:
- You are still breastfeeding — the breasts change afterwards
- You are still losing significant weight — wait until it stabilises
- You are considering another pregnancy — pregnancy will undo the tummy tuck result
- Less than 6 months have passed since a caesarean delivery
The recovery journey
One night in hospital. Swelling and discomfort are normal and managed with painkillers. A companion is essential.
Avoid lifting anything over one kilogram — including children. Limited walking is allowed and encouraged.
Most mothers return to light tasks and supervising their children — but without lifting or exertion.
Brisk walking and full daily tasks. You wear the compression garments for a full 6 weeks.
Bruising and swelling gradually disappear. The complete final shape appears after 3-6 months, once the swelling fades.
