Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)
Open your eyes wide — remove excess skin and eyelid puffiness with superb surgical precision
What is eyelid surgery?
Blepharoplasty is a precise surgical procedure to remove excess skin and accumulated fat below and above the eyes. The eyes are the first thing people notice in your face, which is why eyelid surgery gives an instant impression of youth and freshness.
The upper eyelid, the lower eyelid, or both can be treated in a single session, and it is often combined with a brow lift or facelift for a comprehensive result.

Upper eyelid surgery
Treats the build-up of excess skin that makes the eyes look heavy or tired. The incision is hidden in the natural eyelid crease and is almost invisible after healing. The most requested option, with the fastest recovery.
Lower eyelid surgery
Treats "under-eye bag" puffiness and shadows caused by fat accumulation. Performed through a hidden internal (transconjunctival) incision or an external one just below the lashes. Gives a fresher, more youthful result.
Both eyelids together
Combining upper and lower in one session is the most comprehensive option. The recovery time is shared and roughly the same, and the result is more consistent and complete.
Who benefits most?
✅ Ideal for you if:
- Excess skin above the eye narrows your field of vision or visually weighs the eye down
- "Under-eye bag" puffiness has become permanent even after adequate sleep
- You always look tired even though you are not
- Your dark circles are caused by the shadow of excess skin, not by skin pigmentation
⚠️ Important before deciding:
- Eyelid surgery does not treat the wrinkles around the eye (crow's feet) — Botox or laser is prescribed for wrinkles
- Dark circles caused by skin pigmentation do not respond to this procedure
- The doctor also assesses your brows — sometimes brow droop is the real cause, not the eyelid
