One principle: your own follicles, from the back of your head
Whether the transplant is for the beard or the eyebrows, the source is the same: the donor area at the back of the head — the same source used in a scalp hair transplant. Follicles are extracted one by one with the FUE technique using a fine rotary punch that leaves no visible scarring, then implanted into the facial area at carefully planned angles and directions that mimic the natural growth pattern of hair in that region.
Follicles taken from the donor area are naturally resistant to shedding — which is why transplanted hair is permanent, grows for life, and is treated afterwards like any natural hair: it can be shaved, trimmed and styled.
Beard transplant — who is a suitable candidate?
The ideal candidate is an adult man with gaps in the beard or thin facial hair caused by genetics, scarring or burns. The essential conditions:
At least 20 years old
The beard growth pattern usually stabilises after age twenty — transplanting earlier may be premature, because your natural beard may not have fully developed yet.
A sufficient donor area

Good general health and healthy skin

Eyebrow transplant — for whom?
An eyebrow transplant suits people with gaps in the brow or those who want a better-defined shape, with permanent, natural-looking results. The area is far smaller than a beard, but the required precision is higher: eyebrow hair grows at a nearly flat angle to the skin, in directions that change along the brow — so placing each follicle at the correct angle and direction is what separates a natural brow from one that looks "transplanted". How the procedure works, step by step
Avoid smoking for two weeks, avoid blood-thinning medication, and do not shave the donor area — we handle that according to the plan.
The session takes 3–6 hours depending on the area and the number of follicles. Follicles are extracted from the back of the head, then implanted into the beard or brow area at carefully planned angles. No hospital stay is needed — you go home the same day.
Small crusts and mild redness appear in the transplant area and shed within 7–10 days. Gentle washing starts after 3 days. Most patients return to work the next day.
Temporary shedding — do not panic
Around two weeks after the procedure, the transplanted hair sheds. This is completely normal and expected — the follicle itself is alive under the skin; only the old hair shaft falls out to make way for new growth. Real growth begins after 3–4 months, and the full beard result appears after 8–12 months.
